CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check-in time is at 4 PM daily. Check-out time is at 11 AM daily to allow time for the room to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Any early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Your credit card will be pre-charged the balance of your first night plus applicable taxes and fees.
- To avoid incurring early check-out fees, it is recommended to modify your reservation before your arrival. If you decide to depart early, a one-night room charge, along with applicable taxes, will occur.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Your reservation has been guaranteed by CREDIT CARD. If you need to cancel this reservation, you must do so by 4 PM local hotel time, 72 hours before the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to do so will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
- The first night's room, tax, and resort fee is charged upon booking. A credit card must be presented at check-in and will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your stay plus an amount for any incidentals. Upon checkout, the full amount of your stay and all additional charges you have made while at VRGE Revelstoke will be charged to the card on file unless a different card is specified.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
- Please note all rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes and fees of 3% Destination Marketing Fee, 8% Provincial Sales Tax, 5% Federal GST. These are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on double occupancy - extra person charges may apply for more than 2 adults in a room.
- Full housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis. We offer a daily light refresh service, which includes bed making, refreshing bath towels, and emptying waste bins.
- The VRGE Revelstoke is pleased to offer some pet-friendly rooms. Pet-friendly rooms have limited availability and must be booked in advance. Please contact our Guest Services team for options and offerings for your 4-legged friend.
- The VRGE Revelstoke is a 100% non-smoking hotel, there is no smoking allowed in any guest rooms or on the balconies of the suites. The smoking penalty is $500.
Check in options:
- Guests will be emailed their 4-digit PIN code to access their room at 4pm. (Please check your junk mail)
- Guests can download our VRGE App with contact-less check in and mobile key technology for that next level experience. Just a heads up! You will not have access to your room via the app until 4pm on the day of your stay. Are you on the VRGE? Your gateway to adventure starts now
- Want to get into your room the old school way? Visit our staff at Luft Cafe & Bar, who can check you in without using the VRGE app.

GEAR RENTAL:
The best rentals in Revelstoke are available in the VRGE lobby. Guests who have booked gear rentals along with their room reservations (such as ski/snowboards, or summer bicycles) may pick the equipment up in the VRGE lobby.
